"This is a hand-cut stencil done in reverse,
where the "sky" or background was cut
out of card stock and the image of the tree is the
image left. I then spray paint through the stencil
using different colors of spray paint to achieve
the color gradient of the sky. This leaves the trees
the color of the paper being used.
Another method would have been to cut out the "tree"
areas and spraying that, leaving the sky as the
color of the paper being used. "
